How to built a wood baking-oven?

Since we naturally ordered over no experience in the building of a baking-oven, the planning phase and also the building phase dragged on during a longer period.

Already existing sheet metals served measure for the oven, from which at least two should fit inside. From originally planned one then nevertheless two bakeries became, of which the upper one is high enough to take up the Christmas goose. Thus baking also in rainy weather makes fun we had to add a roof on. In the building phase still very much changed also here. The originally planned round roofing, similarly a pavilion, was replaced by a saddle roof. Naturally we wanted approximately to organize also celebrations for our guests around the baking-oven, because of that the roof was planned more largely.
