The wood baking-oven at the Bauernstuebel.

In the year 2005 by guests inspired, we established a wood baking-oven in the summer 2006. Therein bread can be baked on traditional way. Also pizza, roasts and cakes can be prepared.

Backfest Chorsingen am Backofen

In the main season each Thursday is baking day. In the winter we bake more rarely. There are always two sorts of bread, mostly farmer and grain bread, like e.g. Sunflower or Pumpkin. Starting from approx. 14 o'clock is then fresh bread finished. Go past nevertheless simply and enjoy you fresh bread, or get yourselves it home. On reserve we organize also baking celebrations. Experience like the furnace is heated, bread or pizza to be pushed in and on your table freshly come later. Enjoy the atmosphere approximately around the baking-oven.
Such an experience can be combined then perfectly with a coach riding. For example from Hinterhermsdorf or Saupsdorf to the Bauernstuebel and back. (We try to organize gladly this for you.)
